Hello Everyone, On 12/082015 my colored female gave birth to 5 live colored/5 stillborn (3 colored/2 dark) and an unknown # of slugs (she ate them all before I could get to her). This was a pairing with a colored male; I have been trying to breed these two for years now. Finally! I hope everyone had a great season-I know I have. Best regards, Jeff
Hello Everyone, Been a very long time since I last posted. This year I had litters of C. inornatus, subflavus, strigilatus, fordi and striatus. Here is a photo of all 5 newborns in one setting, showing the similarities of some and the various sizes. Don't get to see them like this everyday. Hope everyone had a great breeding season. Hi Everyone, A small litter (4 live) dropped in early Nov-very late for the year but I will take them Here is the only good photograph right now. When I have the chance to take more, I will post the other 3 babies. These were from Gaz of the UK-I imported some babies several years ago. Anyone else have any luck with theirs? Best regards, Jeff
Hello everybody, It has been quite a year for me, hence my absence from the forum. On the collection side, a friend of mine surprised us with a litter of 6 baby exsul. The old male passed away during the breeding season so I consider this a miracle litter. There are only 4 female exsul here in the US that I am aware of, and they are very, very old (30+ years). There is a lone surviving baby from last year so if all the babies survive that will allow us to work with a group of 7 exsul. Sexes are ...

Hallo alle zusammen, Ich denke, ich bin auf dem letzten Wurf des Jahres. Hier ist ein Wurf von 14 Babys. Es gab auch drei Totgeburten und 3 unbefruchteten Eizelle. Der Damm ist ein Zoo weiblichen und der Vater ist ein unabhängiger male, die mir von einem Freund vor einigen Jahren. Sie sind für ihre ersten Häutung Vorbereitung, so dass sie dunkel und stumpf im Moment sind. Inornatus sind einer meiner Favoriten der westindischen Boas. Best of luck für alle diese Brutsaison! Hello fellow Corallus keepers, Today I found a nice surprise-10 live babies and 4 slugs . I was thinking she might be gravid since she hid all the time and refused almost all meals, but you know how they don't really look gravid compared to the rest of the genus. This is especially gratifying since I lost an obviously gravid female while away on vacation earlier this summer-it still hurts to think about it. Very nice thread here. I have some West Indian boas in the collection; here are a few photos of some of them. Not all of my boas have been photographed yet-much too little time the last several years. Enjoy! Does anyone have any Gracilis or any type of Tropidophis?
